Beta terms — short version

1. This is a beta. Things may break. We'll fix them quickly but no SLA yet.
2. You sign the certificate. You take professional responsibility for it. SparkOps is a paperwork tool, not a replacement for your competence as an inspector.
3. We don't charge during the closed beta. When pricing goes live we'll give you 14 days notice.
4. You can leave any time. We'll delete your data on request within 7 days.
5. No warranties beyond statutory consumer rights. We'll do our best.

Full T&Cs will replace this before any payment is taken.
