Effective date: 30 May 2026
Version: 1.0 (beta)
These terms apply when you subscribe to a SparkOps plan or otherwise use the service. They form a contract between you (or the company you represent — "Customer") and AM R Electrical Ltd ("we", "us", "SparkOps").
By clicking "Subscribe" on the Stripe checkout, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
SparkOps is a Telegram-bot-driven assistant that helps UK electrical contractors produce BS 7671:2018+A2:2022 Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), invoices and quotes from photos, voice notes and chat input.
The service is currently in private beta. This means:
beta-stage rough edges
Current tiers, all prices ex-VAT and billed monthly:
| Tier | Price | Headline limits |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | £29 + VAT / month | 1 engineer, 30 EICRs/month |
| Contractor | £59 + VAT / month | up to 5 engineers, 100 EICRs/month |
| Larger team | Tailored quote | by arrangement |
VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%).
If you subscribe during the beta period (defined as: from 30 May 2026 until we announce general availability), your monthly price is locked for 24 months from your first payment, provided you remain continuously subscribed.
If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the prevailing price at the time applies — the founder rate does not reactivate.

If we terminate for cause under 8.2, no refund is due. If we terminate for operational reasons (e.g. we shut down SparkOps), we will give you 60 days' notice, a refund of any prepaid unused months, and a means to export your data.
For 30 days after termination, your data is preserved and downloadable on request. After 30 days, operational data is deleted; legal-retention data (billing, cert audit logs) is kept for 7 years as required by UK tax law and BS 7671 / NICEIC obligations.
We may change these terms by giving you 30 days' email notice. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before the change takes effect and get a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused months.
We won't increase your locked founder price during the 24-month lock-in period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Northern Ireland, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are based to enforce unpaid amounts.
These terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Data Processing Agreement together form the entire agreement between us. They supersede any prior emails, proposals or oral statements.
If we don't enforce a right immediately, that's not a waiver.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
You can't transfer your subscription to someone else without our written consent. We can transfer our rights and obligations (e.g. on a sale of the business) provided your founder rate lock survives the transfer.
